Vendor Shuttle
Due to town streets being closed for the event, most vendors will utilize our designated satellite parking at no cost and will be transported by shuttle into town. The shuttle will begin at 7:00am and will end approximately 1 hour after the show ends. Free shuttle passes will be provided.

Restrooms and Breaks
A variety of food vendors and portable restrooms will be located throughout the event area for your convenience. Show volunteers are identifiable with designated t-shirts and will be available to assist you should you need to take a break. A booth sitter will watch your booth to prevent theft and inform customers you will return shortly; however, they will not conduct transactions on your behalf.
Security
The Town will provide overnight security to patrol the streets. You do not have to clear your site Saturday evening, but the Town is not responsible for securing individual tents or properties.
In the event of an emergency, please reference the following Evacuation Map for the festivals.
First Aid
A First Aid Station will be located onsite during the festival. In case of emergency, call 9-1-1.
Event Staff
If you need to contact a show official prior to the start of the show, email jlittle@occoquanva.gov or call Julie Little, Events and Community Development Director, at (703) 491-1918.
In-Town Parking
Occoquan's in-town parking is extremely limited and runs $75 a space. Vendors with trailers may need to unhitch and use two spaces.
No Municipal Wi-Fi
The Town of Occoquan does not have a municipal wi-fi to tap into during our festivals. Over the years, a few vendors have reported having issues processing sales through cell service while in town, (Verizon service in particular). We recommend having a backup approach, such as a mobile hotspot, processing credit cards offline, or keeping a cash drawer. There are two ATMs in town as well, should your customers need one: Madigan’s Waterfront Restaurant and the VFW.
Lodging
There are a number of AirBnbs in Occoquan. See their website for details on specific accommodations.
