Most parking lots and street parking in the business district of Occoquan will be open during this event. All public parking in town is FREE and timed for 4 or 8 hours.
To help with overflow parking during this busy weekend, shuttle service has been arranged from the Rt. 123 & Old Bridge Road Commuter Lot.
Shuttle service
Shuttle service will be provided into historic Occoquan, Virginia from the Commuter Parking Lot at the corner of Rt. 123 & Old Bridge Roads:

Saturday, December 5 from 9am-9pm

Sunday, December 6 from 9am-6pm
Roundtrip shuttle tickets are $5 per person (kids 12 & under ride free!).
The shuttle drops off and picks up at Mamie Davis Park (205 Mill Street).
FAQ
Where do I park?
Park for free at the commuter lot at the corner of Old Bridge Rd & Rt. 123. You can opt to walk into town (0.5 miles) or look for the black shuttle, to catch your ride into town ($5 shuttle fee roundtrip - kids 12 & under ride free).
Are strollers permitted on shuttles?
Yes! We recommend folding them up before the bus arrives to conserve space.
Are pets allowed on shuttles?
Service animals are welcome on our shuttles. Therapy dogs and other pets are not permitted on shuttles due to our rental contract.

NOTICE: Parking restrictions & road closures will be in effect starting Friday, Dec. 4, in preparation for this weekend’s Holiday Artisan Market
🟢 Green Zone: Parking and roads OPEN to the public
🟠 Orange Zone: No Parking in these lots all day Saturday through Sunday at 7pm
🔴 Red Zone: Parking is restricted beginning Friday at 10pm and is closed completely until 6pm on Sunday. Roads close at 9am on Saturday and reopen on or around 7pm on Sunday.

Who hosts this event?

Does Occoquan host other types of events?
Yes! We host multiple events throughout the year including annual fall and spring festivals, a monthly Trivia Night, the Peeps Show, and many wonderful events planed for the holidays. Learn more at visitoccoquanva.com.
Can I bring my pet?
Well behaved, leashed pets are welcomed at the festival, however pets are NOT permitted on the shuttles. Waste disposal bags are available in River Mill Park. Please note, individual brick-and-mortar businesses set their own policies about pet entry.
Is there public WiFi at this event?
Unfortunately no. The town does not have municipal wireless internet available at this time.
Can I walk around the Holiday Artisan market with an adult beverage I have purchased in town?
Yes! The Town of Occoquan has a special license that allows visitors ages 21+ to purchase alcoholic beverages from a restaurant or festival food vendor and carry it within the limits of the festival. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Is parking available in any of the town lots?
Yes! Most parking lots and street parking in the business district of Occoquan will be open during this event. All public parking in town is FREE and timed for 4 or 8 hours.

I plan to walk down to the market, but I want to ride the shuttle back. Do I have to pay the fee?
Yes, there is no discount for one-way trips.
Are their multiple shuttle stops, similar to the big fall and spring festivals?
No. This event utilizes one offsite parking lot and one shuttle bus route for visitors.
I am taking a ride share. What address should I use for drop off?
We recommend being dropped off at 126 Commerce Street, Occoquan, VA.
